The perfect coach
by:

My coach is amazing!! =]

Every training session we do things that will benefit us. Admittedly, some of the things do hurt, such as the defense drills, but all the time you know that he is just wanting you to become a better player.

I would say that you should look for someone who always puts the team first and someone who is willing to put in that little bit extra. You should look for someone who takes the game seriously but yet involves fun into it. After all, it is about the enjoyment of playing.

Importantly one last thing that you should look for is that the coach isn't afraid to shout at you. It's all very well them not shouting and the team doing whatever they please, but that isn't going to make you win any games.

Best of luck =]
