New Basketball Forum - Wheelchair Basketball or Paral Olympics Basketball

My suggestion for a new basketball forum would be to include basketball players with disabilities.

Although they are not on TV and do not get much publicity, they compete in tournaments and are an organized sport. This sport was organized in 1948 and now includes women and men playing basketball at every age level.

Many NBA teams have wheelchair counterparts (The Denver Rollin Nuggets, the Wheelchair Bucks, and Dallas Wheelchair Mavericks).

The WNBA Los Angeles Sparks has a wheelchair team affiliate, wearing Sparks uniforms. Both teams support each other and gain strength from each other. There is even a national wheelchair basketball Hall of Fame.

By including a locker room forum for basketball players with disabilities, you will give them a face and recognition that they are a part of the sport of basketball too!!
