Mental Block

I'm a great basketball player, I know that. I was MVP 2 years in a row in middle school and was on an AAU championship basketball team.

But I never can play the way I know I can. Yes I contribute but not the game I'm capable of.

Now that I'm in high school it seems as if my basketball game just went away. I do great in practice and pick up games but in actual games I just shut down if you will.

So how do I change that?

And I would also like to know if anyone recomends the mental training program advertised on this site.
