Little lads format and fairness for the best five in youth basketball

LITTLE LADS FORMAT IN PUERTO RICO FOR YOUTH BASKETBALL IS FIVE PLAYERS IN THE FIRST QUARTER, TWO NEW PLAYERS IN THE SECOND, AND FIVE NEW IN THE THIRD. THE FOURTH IS FREE.

IN ORDER FOR THE BEST FIVE BASKETBALL PLAYERS TO PLAY A LOT OF MINUTES THEY SHOULD START THE GAME, REPEAT THE SECOND AND PLAY THE FOURTH QUARTER.

OTHER BASKETBALL COACHES SACRIFICE SOME PLAYERS UNTIL THE THIRD SO THEY CAN HAVE A GOOD QUARTER BUT THEN PLAY LESS.

IS IT FAIR FOR THE BEST BASKETBALL PLAYERS TO WAIT UNTIL THE THIRD QUARTER AND PLAY LESS IN ORDER TO HAVE A BALANCE THIRD QUARTER?

OR SHOULD THE COACHES BUILD FIVE GOOD BENCH PLAYERS FOR THE THIRD AND START WITH YOUR BEST FIVE AND REPEAT THEM OR SOME IN THE SECOND AND FOURTH.

WHICH IS MORE FAIR FOR THE PLAYER?
