Jump Box training is just incredible! If you've ever used jump boxes then you know what a great workout they give you.

I was first introduced to Plyometric Jump Box training during a fitness training class I took back in college. My first thought was, "What the heck are these boxes and how are they going to give me a workout?" Well, needless to say, that after about 10 minutes of training I had different thoughts!
