I recommend that the height of the baskets be adjusted as follows to help the players practice proper shooting form.

-Age 6 to 9 years old - Basket height of 8 feet.

-Age 10 to 12 years old - Basket height of 9 feet.

-Age 13 and older - Basket height of 10 feet.
