Hakeem Olajuwon changed the game of basketball.

The grace of a guard in the body of a center. Nobody had Olajuwon's footwork, and the "Dream Shake" is a move that nobody will be able to perfectly copy.

As a younger player, he battled Kareem, and as an older player, he battled Shaq. He was able to more than hold his own against both.

He was largely responsible for a couple of NBA championships. He led the league in blocked shots. Add in his devotion to his religion, and the determination that added to his game and the result is something special.

All in all a class act both on and off the basketball court.
