Basketball Rim Height?

I have a basketball question for you.

In 9th grade basketball how high does the rim have to be?

Hey Cody...thanks for the basketball question.

The regulation height for a basketball rim is 10 feet. This applies to junior high basketball and up. Sometimes, at the lower levels of play, the rim will be lowered so the basketball players can have more success shooting. But for 9th grade basketball, the height is 10 feet.
