I have a basketball question on shooting.

Does the absence of a net effect your shooting percentage?

Thanks for the help.

Basketball shooting...
by: Joe Waters - webmaster

Not having a net shouldn't effect your basketball shooting percentage.

I know it changes the way you see the hoop and may make your shoot feel different. You just have to focus on the rim when your shooting and forget that there is not a net on the hoop.

If it bothers you a lot, see if you can get a new net put on the basketball hoop. Ask your coach or parents for a new net.

Best of luck.
