Share Your Favorite Drills With Us

Although I've included a very thorough list of drills on this site, there are soooooo many more that I need to cover. I am constantly asked by visitors when I am going to add more drills to the site. Well, that's where you come in.

I thought it would be a great idea to let you, the coaches and players, share your favorite drills for basketball with all the other visitors of this site.

What better way to help your fellow basketball peers than to share your most effective drills with them.

In time, this will be the only place you'll need to go to either Share a Drill OR Find a Drill.

Here's How It Works

To submit a basketball drill...simply follow the guidelines and fill in the information below.

When submitting a drill, please include the following information:

  • Title of the drill.

  • Level of play (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

  • Instructions of the drill.

Check out this example...

Rapid-Fire Passing Drill

Level - Beginner and up.

Instructions - The players will stand about three feet from a wall. They will throw hard chest passes against the wall in a rapid-fire pattern.

As the players are passing the ball, they should back up gradually until they are about 10 - 15 feet away from the wall. The players will continue passing the ball and gradually move forward until they are about three feet from the wall.

By following these guidelines, you will be providing your fellow coaches and players a very thorough description of your drill. This will allow them to utilize this drill and benefit from it immediately.

Remember, this is the place to help and be helped! Enjoy these drills for basketball...this is Your section of the site!
