Most basketball youth leagues offer coaching seminars for free, or a small amount of money. If you attend one of these, you'll be able to help your kids achieve success in their basketball careers.
These coaching seminars will help you understand the finer points of basketball, which can help you better understand the fundamentals of the game. You can learn many good tips from the coaches at these seminars that I have found very useful, such as types of drills and ways to motivate my players.
I coach my younger son and daughter, and these seminars have made me an exponentially better coach.
